So theres this guy I hjave been dating and he likes punk rock, rock music like that and I want to tell him that I love him through a CD but I don't know the type of music or any types of songs. Can you please help me?

hah. so you love this guy, but you don't even know what bands he likes? seems to me like you're just a little girl who's in a superficial ignorant relashionship, there's your problem.

you'll really never know what songs he already has/what bands he really loves unless you ask a few things about him.
or check out the band tees he wears. that always helps a bit.
but usually, it's the thought that counts, so i would probably say try a band like mindless self indulgence? they're a bit loud & obscene, but if he likes that kind of music, it's a good pick.
a gift card to itunes or a record store might work, too. you could go with him to get an idea as to what kind of music he likes so you can burn him a cd in the future.
(this worked for me, by the way. it just takes a bit of patience figuring out what kind of music they like. or you could just ask him. either way.)

Uh... It kinda depends. Do you know what TYPE of punk he likes? 70s? 80s? Or maybe he likes modern crap? If you know that, I can help, but otherwise...
