so I need to make a cleaning solution just about right now, and it has to be strong enough to get dog urine off of a matress.

first put some baking soda on the stain and rub with a terry cloth. Then try a solution of vinegar and water. if that doesn't work, try diluted bleach and water.

sprinkle baking soda to absorb all the moisture, wipe clean and spray a solution of lemon juice and water to get rid of the smell

I would try deluted peroxide. brush on with a stiff brush, or maybe vinigar would work
