what i would do is take my measly $300 dollars, go down to your local neighborhood black market and try to find a magical lamp,lamp must be Persian and from the Ottoman empire time frame, rub the lamp and hopefully a magical gene appears, the gene should grant you 3 wishes, wish for a birthday gift that is worth more than $300, repeat up to two times or as necessary for full birthday fulfillment.
