My grandfather and my aunt (who both come from my fathers side) had the same symptoms ended up having a brain tumor, am I more likely to get the same thing? I wake up with a headache every day but 9times out of ten it turns into a migraine. Could this just be that i have bad seasonal allergies, which I do. No jokes please, I'm asking a serious problem. Also what are the odds of my 2 1/2 year old son getting it too? He already has seasonal allergies............someone please.................

You probably should see a neurologist to rule out any brain tumor and probably keep an eye on it over the years. The migraines and the allergies are probably a separate issue and that needs to be treated with appropriate medication to help relieve your symptoms and help you live a more comfortable life. My mother had headaches for years and then went into a coma with a brain tumor about 20 years ago. They operated and took out a tumor and she is still ticking and almost 80 with no further complaints. I am 55 and just started getting migraines but only have had 4 in about 5 months. Maxalt really works for my migraines. Usually if I get a headache 1000 mg of aspirin will take it away after a couple of doses. But my migraines did not respond to my aspirin. You might try taking regular doses of vitamins to improve your immune system and perhaps lessen your allergy symptoms. Good luck!

same with me, i have the same problem, i always get migraine, ans so far i have not found a cure or a relief therapy, since mine lasts, for days [4-6 days NON STOP], i just let it take its course

...i have a friend that got it all the time, luckily for her her, she found out that it was due to the consumption if onions [both raw and cooked] that didn't work for me...i am still in the process of finding out what causes mine...

...maybe you can be lucky and find what triggers your...good luck
