friends- You value your friends, Cap, and they really love that about you. This week you might have a chance to help someone younger who really needs some good advice and a good role model. Work on getting together with an old friend, maybe someone who moved away but is coming home later this year for the holidays.

I dont think there is a "point" to horoscopes. Basically what they are--especially astrology--is just an insight as to the person you are. When it comes right down to it we choose what we will do in life...but the astrology signs help us to better understand why people are the way they are..and yes it DOES have a lot to do with when they were born.
Being a Capricorn you are a naturally skeptical person. You are so stable/dependable it is hard for you to see past what is right in front of you sometimes...(trust me it is very hard to talk a Cap into something)
I don't think your sign is the only reason you dont belive...I think it has to do with the fact you have never read that much into astrology...I bet if you did you would believe a little bit more.
**If you want give it a shot: read about your sign and tell me that it's not true? I bet you can't....**

Capricorns are practical and down to earth. They might be very focused on material wealth, career or their status in society. They're not usually emotional and can sometimes come off as being a bit cold, but this could be due to their being naturally reserved. They have good survival skills, are good at making the most of their environment & they can be a bit headstrong.
Having said this, your sun sign is only a very small part of your horoscope; if you want more detail, you'd need to know the place and time of your birth to calculate your moon sign, rising sign and the positions of the other planets. There are many websites where you can learn more if you happen to be interested.

I'm a Capricorn too, a bit too old to be a chick, but I don't bother with horoscopes in magazines or newspapers, I had my own chart done by a really good astrologer, its specific to me only and much more accurate, I like to be different from the crowd.

Sometimes I don't believe in that horoscope stuff, but my aunts cousins, and my mom all are capricorns and what I learned from them is that they are stubborn, evil, concerned n caring, and most of all alcoholics and money hungry.Thats was one of the main things I didn't like about my mother.

To be honest i think its a load of rubbish, and you will usually find any advice given in so called "horoscopes" is advice that could apply to anyone. Look at all of the months in magazines and newspapers etc, and you will realise that at least one piece of "advice of the stars" in each month applys to you.
If i were to write a horoscope about you for example i would start with this...
"You are passionate about life, but you havent yet found your path. You are desperately seeking something but you always feel that it is beyond your reach. You want to know your personal identity and so you resort to horoscopes in the hpe of finding it" ;)
This could apply to anyone...
Dont believe the hype! xx

Capricorn is a goat. They're known to be very headstrong, and with a name like "Lippy", I wonder if there is some truth in this horoscope stuff!
