Trust is easy to lose and very hard to win back unfortuatley, however if you can show that you are trustworthy with the little things, ( calling, being there when needed) it is not impossible. Hang in there show that you are sorry for doing whatever it was that caused this and in time things will get better.

Well I would say first that you would have to realize that it might not ever come back no matter what you do. Second you would have to stay away from any situation that might even remotely remind the other person why they do not trust you.Third if it is a relationship worth keeping be patient and understanding when the other person shows you that they are still having a problem trusting. If all else fails refer back to the first part of this.

If trust is gone for a specific reason, the best you can do is be open and honest about everything going forward. It will take a long time to rebuild trust if your partner is willing to try. If trust is gone for no reason at all, it may be even harder, but professional relationship counseling is probably in order either way.

Why has the trust gone? If you've done something and now your partner doesn't trust you, you need to prove you have changed. If you haven't done anything, maybe your partner is one of those control freaks who imagines he/she can't trust you. Then, you need to leave the relationship;

Ask the partner. If you are serious then you'll do whatever they ask. Such as checking in with them at certain times throughout the day. If it is honestly what makes that person feel more comfortable and you're able to follow it according to their wishes then you'll likely win their trust back in time. Such things as trust do take time though.

People use to say that love heals all wounds, but in real life it can make you only blind, once the trust is gone it never comes back so never cheat on your man!!!

You can't make someone trust you once you have betrayed their trust. Hopefully if the person forgives you and as time passes, and you show your partner that you can be trusted, your partner will once again trust you.

If the trust has been broken, only time will heal the pain it causes. The trust will never completely go back to the way it was.

You have to earn the trust back and that person has to be willing to let you earn the trust back.
