Apple Vacations is a great company most definitely. I use them quite frequently. However for a few reasons I would highly recommend going through a travel agent for reasons of we can check more vendors than just Apple Vacations.

The prices you would pay with Apple Vacations is the same with us, it's just vendors encourage consumers to book directly through them because then they don't have to pay an agency. So in turn, they make more money if you will. Agencies such as mine and I can't speak for all typically charge $20.00 per person for a service fee on adults for reasons of we really work hard to search many vendor avenues to ensure the best price we can find for your dates and destination.

There are certain vendors that tend to price better than others for certain destinations and that is information that we know. Well a good agent knows =)

I was curious on your question of "did you get what you pay for". Are you referring to did you purchase it on line and did you actually get the flight/hotel/transfers or were there problems?

The other advantage on going with an agent is we can guide you into the best destination for you based on your likes/dislikes, budget, expectations of the trip, etc. Often one property that you were recommended via friends might have been perfect for them, but might not be for you.

If there is anything I can do to assist you with your travel plans feel free to email me and I can send you my contact information. No matter if it is me or a local agency please strongly consider going through an agent. There are just so many possibilities of something going wrong and having an 800 # to call instead of an actual person. We try and avoid it, but problems are always possible to happen with travel. Plus just in having a person to answer any of your questions or concerns.

Either way that you do go though I wish you the best of Holiday!
