I bought a cell phone and it's t-mobile/sony ericcson.
this month i sent and received a lot of text messages.
I didnt sign up for the plans or any packages,
and today my dad said the bill was over $30.
i sent about 100 text messages and recieved about 100.
how much does the each text message cost?
Because I dont really think it should be over $30.
I need this answer really quick so please help me :(

$0.10 per text message received and sent. If you sent and recieved 200. Well that's um.. crap I hate math... that's $20.00 Yeah $20.00 So that's about right. Considering your bill is only $30.00 than your Dad must be picking up the majority of the bill just to have the phone itself. You cheapest plan is about $45 a month. And even pre-paids are a minimum of $50 a month if you want any talk time.

it was .05 at one time then i got my bill the last couple months and its .10 so i got a plan for $10 for 1000 txt messages. if u call them before ur bill statment closes they will change it for u.
