yesterday the bus broke down and the back of the bus was filling up with smoke quickly and there were no windows open and the driver wouldnt open the door, and today he almost tipped the bus over by speeding, should I just stop taking that bus for my own safety? I mean really, I am way too young to die!!!

You need to telll your parents and have them get a hold of the bus company and tell them your concerns and that the driver is uncaring and wreckless. Maybe have your parents follow the bus one day and watch Mario at work! First hand experience will hold water and as a taxpayer...parents stick together on safety. With all the crap going on in the schools lately, that is all you need is a bus load of precious cargo making the news. Get going...and talk to them!

First of all, hell yes, don't take the bus!
Second, tell your parents, or the principal/vice-principal at your school. They will take care of this bus driver.
That's one dumb bus driver that won't open the windows or doors when smoke is filling up in the bus. That could've indicated a fire? And speeding? Shouldn't your bus driver realize their duty is to protect the children, and insure their safety while in the bus? Does he open the door when you go past a train track either? Wow, really, talk to someone before someone DOES get hurt.
