argh! where do i get a picture of a 89 chevy 350 suburban engine for reinstallation?

i took off my intake manifold, and i have no idea where all the stuff went on top of it. where can i get a picture or a vivid explanation of where everything goes such as vacuum hoses, bolts, and grounds wires, etc.

ya, i messed up big time. i actually went to the library this morning and looked in 3 different books, i got a little help, but not nearly enough

The best resource you are going to have is from a repair manual available from a parts house or book store. But better yet, go to the library and use what they have. There isn't any specific illustration, but at the library, there are several manuals from several models and year coverage, and you should be able to get a pretty good idea of what goes where.
Vacuum routing should be illustrated in a diagram decal somewhere under the hood or on the side or lid of the air cleaner canister.
