first of all, do you like her???? IF you do, you should ask her out....or at least ask her if she likes you, but don't go up to her w/ a group of ur friends-go up to real subtle, ask if you can talk to her alone, w/o her friends& w/o our friends. Go in a corner @ lunch or somewhere kinda secluded....and ask her, or better yet, get her # and call her (not on 3-way), or talk to her online....good luck
