If you believe in Christianity, he went to hell. He was a complete loser and caused the death of a three year old in Marin City many years ago. He never took responsibility for it and karma caught up with him. He got what he deserved, an early death.

I don't think anyone knows the answer to that question except for him and god.If he asked god for forgiveness for his sins and asked him to come into his life than yes he did go to heaven
