Dog walking on the bridge caused the car top swerve. Dog stands on top of car as it balances between going over and staying put. Don't move says Alec Baldwin but the dog jumps off the car and the car plunges into the river.

There was an annoying but cute little dog that they didn't want to hit, and they swerved off the bridge into the water. I think the dog belonged to one of the old men in the beginning when they went to town, but I'm not 100% sure.

A dog ran out in front of them and I believe the wife grabbed the wheel and ran them off the bridge. Typical accident caused by a panicking woman- REALISTIC!

I'm not sure what, but something walked in front of them and they swerved to miss it if I remember correctly........think it was a dog...

A dog! The husband saw it then the camra cut to wife and then dog with a stuip look on its face. God! What a great movie......
