I heard this from some ppl last year, and haven't thought bout it till now, where can you get them perm if you can?

Yes eyelashes can be permed, then can also be tinted and now you can even get eyelash extensions. This can all be done in a full service professional salon.

Not recommended. Chemically it can blind you. Mechanically it can do the same.
