You just ended a sentence with a preposition and it's killing me! I don't think this is something over which I ever will get!

But I think that pain can consume every one of us so badly and it tends to extend time so irrationally that we have reason to believe that it will never go away. But our presumed enemy of time has a way of befriending us and showing us that it won't last forever.
This is far from over.

Yes I have. My daughter died and it isn't natural when your child dies before you. I miss her terribly and I will hurt for infinity.
Stick and stones can brake my bone but, names will never hurt me. So if you didn't have a loved one die on you then look the other way to all else. I'm sure you are a wonderful person so just move forward and be good to all others. Love yourself and love God. Have a nice day.

Yes, the hurt on my genital when I have sex with a woman. It's so memorable and addictive that sometimes it really is hard to get over it, and it makes you want to get hurt some more after you recooperate.

Yes, one of those pains that actually made you feel as though your heart was actually breaking in your chest and you think you will never be able to stop the tears. Then one day you wake up and your eyes aren't puffy anymore and you don't really remember when it was that the pain stopped being so hard.

Yup, many times.
But time passed, and I learned how to forgive.
Most I have forgotten, others might stick with me the rest of my life... but that doesn't matter. The fact is, is that I have forgiven it, and never bring the issue back up as if it were forgotten.
And my life has been better for it.
