My ipod is frozen it will not turn on or charge. It is and ipod mini with my name engraved into it so i cant return it. What should i do?

never remove a battery it will immediatly destroy the ipod
it doesn't matter about name engraving go to apple store and
shoe them your ipod. most likely if the ipod is broken, they give you a new ipod (and a new warranty :) )

You haven't accidentally switched the "Hold" key over? The little slide key at the top? Make sure it's pushed over to the left...there should be white showing next to the key...not red.

Take the battery out and reinsert it after a few minutes.

how do u expect him to do that. You may have to call and get the battery replaced by apple. its expensive so u may wanna just get a new iP{od
