When should I have sex to have a boy or a girl? Is there any method that can help determine the baby's gender?

Once I heard that only male carry females or male sperms and mens are who "decide" wether if is a girl or a boy, but I was searching for information about this curious data and I found out that for that to be determine women body take's an importat roll, because acid fluids are more concentrate in a certain period, like when ovulating and when acid fluids are less concetrate wich is supposed to be when you're not ovulating you are more propense to have a boy or a girl. So, If I what to have a boy when should I have sex? When ovulating? or If I want to have a girl should I have sex before of after ovulating?

They claim that the Shettle Method can be very effective...
if you want a boy, conceive the closest to ovulation as possible; the day of ovulation to two days after. NOT BEFORE. Doggy style position is the best for conceiving a boy because your partner will deposit his sperm closer to your cervix and the Y sperm won't have that far to go, considering they die quicker than the X sperm YET swim faster.
For a girl, try conceiving 1-2 days BEFORE ovulation. X sperm swim for longer periods of time YET they are slower. By the time ovulation comes, the boy sperm will have already died off. Have sex in the missionary style; man on top. The sperm will be farther from the cervix. The female sperm will have the longer stamina to get to the cervix, even through they're slower.

I've heard that too. I've heard that the female sperm swin slower but live longer so having sex a few days before ovulation can help produce a girl and sex closer to ovulation will be a boy. Who really knows though. I think whatever you get is what you're meant to have.

I heard it this way...the girl sperm are faster so you would conceive a girl having sex before your body releases the egg...and a boy at the end of ovulation when the eg is near the bottom of the uterus.

I think there is some Asian culture that has a calendar for that kind of thing. Personally I think it's a bunch of hogwash. You can't predict what sperm is gonna come out and be the lucky winner, you know.

I'll see if I can find that calendar for ya, but I wouldn't put too much weight on it.
