Is it illegal that if you're doing a fandub of a certain anime, and you don't have the DVD of that show, and you use some full episodes from the Internet without you having the DVD? I really want to know.

There is a little known law in the U.S. called the U.S. copyright law, i know not many americans have heard of it but it basicly states that if you do that if you dont own an oringinal copy and you decide to download it off the internet for free is called stealing. yeah, i know, bullshit right, who whould have thought of that

Well, having "bootleg" movies are illegal, but this I'm not so sure of.
