They have non-latex condoms available...they are a little more expensive but its better than nothing. They also make lambskin ones

to prevent against pregnancy there are plenty of methods. birth control pills, IUD, hormone injection, the patch, the nuva ring, spermicide creams, diaphragms. to prevent against STI's though is harder and there are both natural skin and polyurethane condoms available but be warned that the natural skin is porous and would not prevent against HIV.
