Is there a "reset" switch for the starter on a '95 4cyl (auto) Saturn vehicle?

It's called your ignition key. So if your starter isn't working you could have one of the following problems:
1. No battery power, or low battery power (do your lights and radio work?)
2. Bad connection to the starter
3. Bad starter solenoid
4. Bad starter
