i cant believe that they lost again! there 2nd game! if they lose one more then they are out of the playoffs! did anyone see the game against oakland? are u mad or happy? what are your thoughts on it.

the twins still have a chance Oakland hasnt been able to seal the deal going 2-0 for quite some time now
in fact they got a 9 game losing streak when it comes to knocking another team out now

well first off it ain't over yet. there is still some baseball to play and they get a day off to think about things. I think that with the Twins (and maybe Detroit,too), they had a heck of a run, but they got no time off before the end of the season. It's like every game in September was a playoff game for them and they had to play each and every game like that. Now they are in the play-offs for real and they are havin' a hard time staying at that level. I'm sorry, but that is a hard level of play for any team to maintain for six to eight weeks.
the A's and the Yankees really just coasted the last week or so of the season. their line-ups and bullpens are pretty rested. I think that has an affect on the out come.
Look at last year, the Chi-Sox took like the last 2 weeks of the season off and kicked butt when the play-offs started.

I actually Like the Twins, I would hate Myself if they don't have a Chance to beat up on the Tigers or the Yankees, a Wasted opportunity If they lose to Oakland in Game 3.

I'm disappointed. I am a Twins fan and upset to see them playing so poorly in the playoffs. I hate to say this; but the Twins are done - you can stick a fork in them!

My first thought is "what was Torri Hunter thinking?" There were two outs! Keep the ball in front of you and let your pitcher work on the next hitter.

i am very angry being a twins fan. im amazed hunter didnt catch that! he's like the best outfielder and he caught a ton of balls like that during the regular season. our offense and defense was horrible today. i hope we win the rest because that would suck if we lost now because we were such an awsome team during the regular season.

i am happy and sad at the same time.... i am happy, b/c the a's are my favorite team.. but i am sad for the twins b/c i think if they had liriano they would of won that game.

I'm soooo amazingly sad! they had a good year but its over, theres no way they can come back. I'm so disappointed!!
