To become a Fire Investigator, I know that English is one compulsory subject, but the others to choose from is biology or chemistry.Anyone have advise on which one would be more beneficial for the career I wish to pursue?

For a fire investigator, chemistry. For homicide, etc., you should put biology first. You'll need both in any forensics field. If you go into the homicide area, it also helps to some entomology classes. You can actually tell how long a person has been dead by the kind of insects on the body and their stage of development.
