Mine is the ocean. It's definitely something I identify with. It can be so many things at one time. Peaceful and destructive. Calm and stormy. There's a constant duality to it, and layers and layers of things under its waves.

I also remember that each slave ship held, on average, 3,000 African slaves. Only 1,000 survived the journey. I am a decedent of the ultimate survivors. If they survived the journey, I can continue the journey.

Not to sound cheesy, but I completely agree. I am a surfer and there is nothing better than the quiet of the ocean, the waves, and the power behind it. I enjoy my life tremendously due to the ocean. I have even dedicated my life to living right on it with ocean view everyday!

I guess my continual source of inspiration is goodness. My husband moves me to live life to it's fullest and my son is a reminder to do to the right thing!

My Dad and Grandfather. Neither are perfect, but they are the two most influential men in my life. My kids today, keep me motivated to try and be a better dad.

I'd like to say God but that wouldn' be honest.
For me it would be my friends. They influence me in everything i do, and have always been there for me. My family are something i look up to, but my friends inspire me.
