Murder One was around before the days of people digitizing TV shows and circulating video files, and it doesn't have much geek appeal, so it wouldn't surprise me if it were hard to find on peer-to-peer sharing networks.
If you have iTunes, the show is available at the iTunes Store for legitimate download for $39.99 for the first season, $31.99 for the second season, or $1.99 for individual episodes. The DVD Box sets are available on Amazon for $54 new or as low as $19 used.

That was SUCH a good show - they should never have followed the first one up though, it was never going to be as good. Wish you luck in finding your copy :0)
