Get some black construction paper and cut out silhouettes of bats (you can give them spooky red eyes by buying an inexpensive packet of red circle self-adhesive stickers) and hang them at various heights with thread (and tape or thumbtacks) from the ceiling.
Make creepy spiders out of black pipe cleaners (they have eight legs, remember) stuck in black styrofoam balls and put them in spiderwebs made from cotton wool or hang them among the bats.
Real pumpkins can be bought at the local farmers' market (or WalMart???), hollowed out and carved with wicked faces. Put candles in the ones placed out of the little kids' reach.
An old (white) sheet with eye holes cut in it over a dark colored balloon can be suspended and draped to look like a ghost.
The Dollar Store may have one of those lifesize paper skeletons (which always made me think of Hallowe'en growing up). Most of the other materials I've mentioned should also be available there.
Good luck for a great (and scary) Hallowe'en party!

The fake spider webs they sell everywhere can decorate a whole room when they're stretched out. The actually look pretty cool for halloween and usually don't cost more that a dollar or two.

Surely Walmart do cheaper Halloween stuff than the dollar store!

If you have any dark, or black curtains or sheets etc hang them around the walls, make pumpkin lanterns with candles in, or just candles in safe out of reach places. You can cut out big black spiders and bats from black paper. and hang them with cotton thread around the room. Cut out crescent moons and stars from white or silver paper and stick them around the dark fabric. Cheap, and quite easy!

see what they have and let your creativity take over from there. i am sure it will be the usual plastic bats and spiders and whatnot. you can also build people and use masks for faces. we did fairly successfully for a party (death angels flying around)and the food table had various body parts spread out amongst the actual edible food. having monsters crawling from the ceiling tiles is always cute too. its really pretty easy to stuff some clothes and use a mask for the face.

Wow, you is one loopy bizi. yet, that sounds cool, in basic terms paint it black, placed chains on the partitions, and make it appear like a dungeon. Dungeons are candy, and in basic terms tell everybody that its Nightmare earlier Christmas themed. in the event that they do no longer have faith you, then in basic terms chain them up on your candy new mattress room. have exciting daddy
