Okay well My sweet sixteen b-day is comeing up soon and I have no idea what I should do for it..I wanted to have a bunch of people stay over and my bf but my problem is that my parents got a strict rule for guys staying over and its a HUGE piss off..They suck...Anyways I need ideas on what I should do for it.

I think all parents have that rule but here are some options
1. Go out and eat with your friends
2. Throw a party or get together
3. Continue with the sleepover idea and go out and eat with your boyfriend the day after

If your parents do not want guys over late, then maybe try for a small party some place where your friends and you like to hang out Like a local pizza place or something. You could also try asking one of your friend's parents if they will allow you to use their basement or even another relative. Also, having a party before or a couple days after your actual birthday could also work.
You could always just try to come up with a compromise with your parents. Like a time later than what they want but not as late as you want.
