Okay, I'm not for people randomly killing other people, but why's Fred Phelps still alive. Why hasn't anyone taken him out? I can't believe he has gone on this long with the crap he does and now tomorrow he is going to go protest the Amish girls's funeral in PA!!!

Because two wrongs never make a right and people are either for civilization and right or they're against it and killing is illegal and for most people morally wrong. Justice usually comes to people like Fred, one way or the other and hopefully the people who are good can find some comfort in that fact although that is not that easy of a thing to do sometimes.

Seriously though... He is sick and messed up and old. He wont last long. All you have done by posting this is give him more 'air time' and probably point a few like minded idiots in his direction.
I think with people like this it is best to either ignore or do something pro active like turn up to picket his picket. Discussing how vile they are does nothing.
Oh and 'Me thinks the man doth protest too much'
God is probably saving something 'special' for him... Personally I hope that when his time comes it happens while he is in a compromising position with a man. That would be perfect karma.

Thanks for the link for the website.I have heard of this sick group of people protesting at soldiers funerals,but a new low has been reached by protesting at innocent children's funerals.I did see that they have decided to cancel their plans now.Maybe they are afraid of Ed Rendell after all...lol.Seriously,these people do not represent Christians.I as a Christian am truly offended that this group of people so full of hate could call themselves Christians.And then they call their protests "Love Crusades"?I see no love there whatsoever.Just terribly sad that people follow a leader who has these beliefs.Sounds like a cult to me.

I honestly never heard of him till I read your question, so I looked him up. I'm as amazed as you are that he and his group could survive and if he shows up to protest those funerals we just might see some Amish that are pushed a little too far and forget they are peaceful people.

He's out of his mind anyway. No reasonable person will understand why he's doing this.
I just hope they can keep him away from the poor family. He could learn a thing or two from the forgiving Amish people.
Eventually he will get his someday. It will come back to him.

i cant believe 5.5 million people have visited their web site.and what is even crazier is that several of the phelp's work for the kansas dept. of corrections and most of the rest of them are lawyers.what i think is ironic is that when they protest they do it behind a line of police.they knock our country then hide behind its laws.they even have the gall to have a schedule for the funerals they are going to protest posted on their web site.i believe sooner or later someone will kill these azzholes.

Because the people he's condemning for being unGodly degenerates are actually civilized people who respect the law and in most cases are far more Christ-like than he is.

because if one kills him it would be lowering to his level. some believes they must let him self destruct by his own demonic evil ways. many will be praying he would see the true light oin god and that god is love, not hate.
i do agree with what the people say however once he dies i will not let his death be rested. i will deface him until death takes me

Well, They wasnt to keep him alive so that maybe he might talk to the police officials or maybe he might not talk but they are still going to keep him alive for no reason and sentence him for life in Prison or a penitenary.
