If I put in new headers and the old o2 sensor taken off the original manifold and the check engine light never came on do i still have to change it?

Oxygen Sensors do Fail and may not set a check engine light..

o2 sensor does not mount on the intake manifold. it is mounted on the exhaust manifold.

if your o2 sensor is not that expensive which some vehicles they can be....why not put new ones in the new headers...

Why would you change it? If it works it's good.
