I agree with Californi, go to Cataluña and Barcelona.
Architecture, history, good eating, walking day and night, nightlife, beaches (along the coast), shopping, etc.
I also recommended a visit to Valencia. The third city in Spain and growing rapidly. If you go there don't miss La Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, a modern Acropolis with the largest aquarium in Europe and a incredible Imax theater. You can also go to Malvarrosa beach and watch the America's Cup sailboats racing.
Buen viaje!

Spain. Everywhere is fantastic! Granada, Barcelona, Sevilla, etc. My favorite city to visit was Toledo- beautiful, quaint, and quite like I imagined Spain to be. That being said, it's not exactly a fun in the sun type of vacationing spot and I wouldn't spend an exceptionally long time there. Honestly, there's so much to see that I recommend a road trip if you have time.
