THey make a suede brush that should help you--however if they are damp and dirty, wait until they are dry to brush. Don't rub wuth a cloth as it may ruin the nap of the suede.

get a "suede eraser" sometimes called a suede cleaning block and use that to clean your shoes then use a suede bush to smooth out the suede. suede brushes are usually made from brass, and often you can find both the cleaning block and the brush in one kit.

Try Target, Walmart, a leather shop or a shoe shop to buy one. In the future you should use a leather/suede protectant on your shoes. It's a spray that will keep your shoes from getting damaged by dirt and water.

Well you could try a darker dry colored rag (like an old t-shirt) and gently rub the suede with the grain . Not against the grain then it will roughen up and you'll loose the pretty shine from the suede. You can dapp some water on it ,but remember with the grain and let them airdry.

Any good shoe shop will sell the correct cleaner, this will give you instructions on how to do it properly.

When you have them clean, treat them with Scotch-guard to protect them in future - you should have done this when they were new really.

Wilson's Leather sells a product that works pretty well. Otherwise, maybe check your local cobbler (shoe repair), if you have one. S/he will know what works! Hope that helps!
