Book: the Gallaudet dictionary of ASL - it includes a dvd rom of the signs:
http://www.amazon.com/Gallaudet-Dictionary-American-Sign-Language/dp/1563682826/sr=8-1/qid=1160081968/ref=pd_bbs_1/102-0959583-9264944?ie=UTF8&s=books

***but the best websites (which I use as reference to teach ASL classes):

A good site with large, descriptive drawings:

Good sites with alphabetized video clips:

Any seek engine could assist you out. Google is the superb in my e book. Dogpile is respectable, too. yet, whichever one you employ, ascertain you're as particular and as concise as attainable once you enter in what you're finding for. on your case, it would superb to basically enter: sign language. (Then, as you flow down the lists, the in- formation approximately each and every internet site would be greater particular.) good success.
