Not everyone ovulates at a specific time, but if you have a 28 day cycle, you probably ovulate 10-17 days after the start date of your last period. But like I said, not everyone's body is the same and it may vary for others. Best bet is to get an ovulation preditor kit and that will help you figure it out.

you could have been ovulating yesterday and you may still be since last month was a 30 day month it would have been around the 3rd. you should ovulate about 14 days after the start of your period. You only have a 24 hour window of opportunity. So you should ovulate around the 2nd of Nov. If your trying to get pregnant have sex several times around the 2nd and Good Luck.

Everyone is different and you may not be ovulating on the same day every month. However, if you cycle is regular every month, go and purchase an ovulation kit. You can get one anywhere. You don't need one of the fancy ones. One around $10-$15 will work for this. You will get a series of test strips to place in your morning urine and it will tell you when you "surge" (when your body is preparing to release an egg). Good Luck!

Most women ovulate 12-16 days *before* their period and within individual women this rarely fluctuates by more than a day. You can learn how to chart your basal body temperature to pinpoint ovulation or you can make use to over the counter ovulation predictor kits. I highly recommend "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler for the former, as well as for just a lot of good, solid information about how your cycle works.

On average it should be 14 days from the start of your period. One natural way to be sure is to take your temperature every day and record it. When you notice a slight elevation this is usually around ovulation. But it must be done at the same time every day and usual takes a while to be sure of a pattern. Hope this helps!

okay, i just talked to my doctor about this on monday. he said on the first day of your period (ie, the 20th) whenever you start then get a calendar and count back 14 days. whatever that day is on last months calendar then that's around the day you will ovulate. so then have sex everyother day for a week around that date if you are trying to get pregnant. if not stay the hell away :-) !!

www.conceptionstore.com. It is an awesome website. Go to ovulation calendar, put in the date of the first day that you started your period. It will even tell you when to have sex depending on what gender child you would like to have.

usually the normal is 15 days after the first day of your last menstrual cycle. But to know exactly when I would ask a doctor or use those ovulation test they sell at mostly any store stored next to the pregnancy tests.
