If you kill the cat...the flea problem will be solved.

Hope this helps.

Be glad they are not in your house yet,,that is easier. Now,,get your cat some scratchx brand flea soap for cats & bathe him,,dry,,put baby powder on him from neck down & on legs & tail. Also powder bedding.Or they also sell drops,,follow directions,,usually 1 drop between the shoulder blades where the pet cant reach. It will work & be less expensive if you act now.If they get in the house,,you will have to bomb the house &/or use bleach to clean & clean all bedding & material items. But,,the fleas have to come off the cat or they will make your cat anemic by taking all its blood.

what you think there are GOOD fleas

if your cat has fleas , bad ( still sloppy )
then use a SPRAY with growth regulator first then the next day a flea comb if you find none alive let him in ( and keep him there !!! ) ( the growth regulater will take care of the baby fleas and the eggs the flea comb misses )

THE COMPOUNDS mentioned below work great but not overnight do the above first then get a topical treatment for long term use ( AND KEEP THE CAT INSIDE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

YOu need to treat your cat with a flea treatment that will kill these fleas and prevent future ones-available at your vet and very easy to apply. Vet also has a pill, if you can get cat to eat it (it's very small) it will almost instantaneously kill all the little buggers. Can you imagine how you would feel with fleas crawling all over you?

The cat probably picked up the fleas from you. Don't allow him to get near you, and he will be okay. Flea Boy.

Give your cat a flea collar after you de-infest him. I don't know what else to say. Contact a vet, pal.

Go to your vets, get Advantage, apply once a month. Once applied for three months, your house will be flea free. Good luck!

let him in after the powder works. i recommend a "flea killer flea trap' made by raid & others to keep in house. cheap. it is a light with a sticky pad that lures fleas & works! i hate fleas!.......chirp!

Go to your vet and Get a tube of Advantage. It works great.

Flea powder doesn't work. Stuff you buy at the store is downright dangerous.
