plug in x=-3 and y=3
and see:
y>= x+2
3>=-3+2=-1, which is true, so (-3,3) is a solution of the inequality.

now 3y< -6x+6
3(3)< -6(-3)+6=24 so this inequality is also satisfied by (-3,3)

y>x+2: plug in x=-3, y=3 and get 3>1.

3y<-6x+6: you get 9<-6*-3+2, or 9<20

So (-3,3) satisfies both inequalities
