Ok my boyfriend does not like to give oral and i take it very personal, because i love to give and receive oral. So when i asked him why not he said he said that my vagina has a strong odor to it...this is when i was drinking a lot of soda and eating junk food, but now i have been watching what i eat for the most part and i stopped drinking soda all together and have been drinking more water and Green Tea. I am pretty clean, shower daily. Can you give me advice on why i have a strong odor and what i can do to keep it refreshed and nice smelling down under!!!

wipe yourslef with one of those little feminine towels before you have sex,also you can use this feminine powder daily,they sell it everywhere...wall mart..cvs...,it´d help you control the odor and get and intimate gel for when you shower instead of using regular soap,drink a lot of water too and make sure you dont have any kind of infection that could cause that odor.Go to the doctors and get checked out girl!!good luck.

Well, if you have planned sex, shower before and you should make sure you wipe front to back and wash yourself after each time you go to the bathroom with the cleansing towels you buy at the store. Use FDS and Vagisil cleanser. No Douching this is not good for you. If you still have a strong odor, then you could talk to your doctor about it.

you are right to watch what you are eating ...
it may sound disgusting but my BF always knows when ive had fish as it ALWAYS creates an odour....
providing you are clean there shouldnt be a horrid smell though...just a womanly one and most men like that and its totally natural
i must admit my BF came in from work one time and i ripped his clothes off for a bit of oral but i didnt like the smell of his sweaty one .... and id never smelt it before
when it comes to oral i always ensure i have washed within minutes as it doesnt matter how clean or un infected u are there will / should always be some odour which i myself dont like to imagine him smelling .....
some people arent into oral because they were with partners who didnt do it right before and they will use excuses to mask this...or even imagine a slight odour to be terribe as deep down they just dont want to do it. Best bet is to lay off it and then when the two of you are really relaxed sometime u start it and maybe just maybe u'll excite him enough to follow suit

The odor can be due to many things which if I were you, I would get checked out. It can be anything from just a simple bacteria, to a serious medical condition. You can always try douche. Try one that is Medicated and see if that helps. Also, you can try the daily feminine wash. The brand is on the tip of my tongue, but I just can't get it out right now. It's not Massengil. It's the other big name women's hygiene product. I think your best bet would be to make sure that everything is alright with you medically. It could be from having sex too. It depends on how clean your partner is. If you have unprotected sex with him, the chemistry of his body and yours may cause the smell too.

Has this been something you have actually noticed yourself? Or if you did in the past is this still noticable for you since you have been eating healthier? It is possible he is just using that as an excuse because he just does not like to do oral on anyone? By telling you it is because there is something wrong with you he knows you won't pester him about it. In the meantime he is still enjoying the benefits of you pleasing him.

well it depends on if the odor is FOUL smelling bad and strong or just a strong vagina smelling smell. if it STINKS u need to see a doc but if its not a BAD smelling strong its probably a yeast infection or something not serious and cureable. do u do anything, ummm...., well mind inhancing? if not i dont mean to offend, but if so, it could have sumthing to do w it. drink lots of water and just keep it clean.

As far as the "strong odour", the only advice I could give you is to get a check-up to make sure you don't have any bacterial/yeast imbalances. (They happen naturally at times, so don't worry/think it's some kind of STI/STD.) The best way to "keep fresh", for me at least, is unscented or lightly scented baby wipes. They're pH balanced for baby's behinds, and gentle enough for females, so why not? I carry them with me everywhere.

Whatever anyone tells you, PLEASE DO NO DOUCHE! This increases your risk for yeast infections and other bad things. Showering and washing with warm water and mild soap is all you need to do.
