Drill a large hole into the roots, pour diesel down the hole, light a match, Job Done

Buy a bottle of 'Blackberry & Tree KIller' from your local plant nursery. mix some of this with kerosene(directions willl be on the pack.
Scrape some bark of the roots to expose sap, within 20 seconds paint some of the liquid onto the wound.
You can wound and paint the trunk of the tree too.

Pour acid onto the roots. The plant will absorb this and rot from the inside out.

White spirit will do the trick too...or in fact any concentrated liquid you can find in your garage or under your kitchen sink.
Slit a little line in it and pour it on...it'll be dead in 2-3 days.

by putting a copper nail into it and it should die quite soon.
