Because the Jaguars had more injuries to their defensive players against the Redskins. Also, the Redskins were able to establish a good passing and running attack. The Steelers just couldn't get anything started. When they were failing on the run, they tried to pass but that became to predictable and easy to play. Mark Brunell is also playing very well lately and was able to spread the ball in the passing game well. This allowed for Portis to get easier gaps to run through because of the need to guard against the passing threat.

Redskins played better football against the Jaguars than the Steelers did. Plus, Rothlesberger was still under par and never should have played in the game against Jacksonville..

Because Big Ben flinched every time a lineman came near him for a sack because he was still nursing the appendicitis surgery.
It threw off his timing and his play. He shouldve let Batch, and shiity as he is, go another game or 2.
