how many of you have "gotten over it"?
you know. when people talk about you just loud enough for you to hear. when your ex-friends scream "***** t" whenever you walk by...and no, they're not joking with you. when, in the locker room, people throw all sorts of dirty comments at you and refuse to get anywhere near you with their pants off (by far the most amusing to me).
how many of you have learned to SMILE and LAUGH and realize that there's no need for you to feel hurt on these morons' behalfs?
because i have. but so many people--gay, bi, straight, whatever--have not. it kinda makes me sad that these idiots actually ruin peoples' lives.
but seriously, what do i care if someone thinks i should burn in hell. that's life.
right?
idk, that's my personal opinion. talk it up.

for the person who asked:
i'm openly bisexual. of course, to many of the idiots at my school, that just means gay. but hey, it's all good because i'm liked far more than i'm hated, so if people wanna talk, let 'em! =D
& also, i'm not criticizing people who ARE hurt. in fact, it's really an awful thing. my only point was that if you can get past that, you feel so WONDERFUL!!! & you really do, too. =)

You should know that there are places on this planet where none of those things happen. Where guys can go to dinner together (romantically) and people smile and say, 'cute couple.' There are places where the locker rooms are full of nice comments, fertile stares and smiles.
You just have to live long enough to grow up and out of those close-minded, mid-western American places, and you'll discover a very different world. A few years outside of your current environment, and you'll be laughing at the losers who now laugh at you.
I remember the same jerks from my mid-west high-school years. They're now multiply divorced, alcoholic, fat, hairy, low-income wastes of flesh. Just about all of them.
Ah, yes, I laugh, and laugh. Yes, I'm pretty much over it.

Im feeling anger for you!
I hate people like this, why are they on this planet? Do they realize or care how much control they have over others whole lives? I mean some people are scarred for life by hearing constant horrible things, and they have horrible self esteem and feel like they are worth nothing because of some people that were raised by uncaring parents. This is why the world is full of hate and violence. I truly hope you laugh at this ignorance, and believe they will get theres, they are unhappy people who want to make you unhappy too. So Fuc k that!

i am sorry you are having to deal so much with narrow minded people!!! I do not have the right to judge people for anything that they do whether i agree with it or not. The only person that can do that is God and i am far from being like him (thought i wish i could be a little better of a person). People have the right to live their lives the way they want and to be happy, who am i to degrade someone for that??? I am neither a lesbian nor bi, i am a straight married woman. But i love everyone, no matter what their sexual preference.

Sounds like you have a positive outlook on life. You have some good ideas. Keep strong. I don't understand what people are thinking. They are just trying to make themselves feel better and get a good laugh out of someone else's experience.
I'm sure if you were in the adult world at a gym noone would say that.

Well. . . first of all I guess I've never been the target of slanders, jokes, or teasing. In the locker room. . . men and women alike just look at me with their mouths open in amazement. . . thinking. . . "MY GOD. . . . IS THAT THING REAL". The only name I was ever called in the locker room was "Yardstick". I am a good person and very successful so if anybody ever needed to rip on me per se I know they are just jealous and probably total wankers who didn't have the talent, intelligence, or drive to get where I have. Also. . . some people know that if they try to wrong me or hurt me I would squash them like bugs! But I do "get over" things quite easily. You can either live in the past or move forward. I'm lucky that I have so many good things in my life I just keep looking ahead. . . sure. . .I learn from the past. . . but I never dwell on it.

I firmly believe that although people do not necessarily agree with your lifestyle, there should still be a mutual respect. I work with gay people and get along with them great. They know that I disapprove of the gay lifestyle, but they also know that they can always count on me to be helpful and courteous. People have intrinsic value. They are valuable simply because they are human beings although their lifestyle may not be ideal or acceptable by most. I'll finish by saying that I am just as human as you and have struggles of my own that are not necessarily ideal or conducive to a good life, nevertheless, I choose to persevere and do what is proper and correct in God's eyes. You are precious in God's eyes and although you may live the gay lifestyle, you are still loved. Jesus said: Come and see. Let me tell you that he truly is good and filled with love and understanding. I invite you to discover God's plan for your life. It is, after all, an open invitation.
Take care,
Mr. on "just wondering."

congrats!! sounds like you have very high self esteem which is very necessary to have in today's world! i am a straight woman, but i feel no awkward feelings towards anyone who has a different sexual orientation than myself. i am happy to know that there are people who won't let what some idiots have to say about them get them down.
and the thing is, is that people who have to degrade other people and say mean hurtful things about someone elses does it to make themselves feel better about themselves because they are hurt people with low self esteem.

u exactly r doing the right thing. People always dislike and humiliate those who r different from them. A way to calm their fear is to violate you with those silly manners. Sometimes there s no way to right the wrong, take it easy

When people call me any sort of name, I just mangle they`re face. Simple as that. question: are you really homo, or people just make fun of you for how you dress or act or walk? not in the offensive kind of way, just curious.
