me and my ex boyfriend were at work. I was walking down a
hall and he was walking towards me with his hands up to his ears, his
eyes were red and blood shot and he looked sick. I say hi and he waved

In addition to the color red and the wound being concern of yours about illness and/or aging (in him), I'd say that the positioning of both of you shows your perception of the way you communicate. Although he is walking TOWARDS you, probably indicating a feeling or wish that he rejoin you, the fact that his hands are over his ears symbolizes, IMO, your feeling (quite possibly correct) that he doesn't listen to you, or even shows disrespect for your overall worldview.
The hallway is also symbolic of various things. In the context of your dream, it may symbolize narrowmindedness (yours or his), or feeling trapped into following one path. Or it could be a POSITIVE sign of someplace you want to go. However, if you combine it with the other, negative symbols, it doesn't seem positive.

There is a significance with "red" in this dream! His eyes were red and blood shot and an area of his head was red, and all the body parts hands,ears, eyes, head. Maybe you guys are gonna get in a really bad argument and he isn't gonna want to hear it ( has to do with the covering of ears) and he's gonna be so mad that his face will turn red!

Well, the eyes and ears are the windows to our soul. The head is where we battle against thoughts and suggestions. It seems to me that maybe God is exposing some area in your heart that needs healing concerning your past relationship with your ex.
Maybe you have a soul tie in that area of your life.
Concerning the red that someone else noticed but initially slipped past my attention - I would relate red with the blood of Jesus. Cover yourself with His blood and pray for your ex to also be under the blood as well. If He's not saved ,then pray for salvation. If he is, then pray for protection

Your boyfriend had his handsup to ears, showing you a sign that he did not want to hear anything you have to say to him......you mentioned that he look sick, this is a clear sign of illness, especially when the hair has fallen out get your boyfriend to watch his health, after a dream like this.

many say every dream means something..mainly what may be going on in your life..If you ex is doing something that you believe is harming him you may be having this dream becuase you are scared he is going to hurt himself or maybe even someone else..or it could mean he may be a victim in some kinda of accident..all together it sounds like you are scared or worried about something that has to do with him

sounds to me like u still care about your ex boyfriend, and are constantly worried that he is not taking care of himself. if u are still friends, maybe u can drop him a line of encouragement once in awhile via email...but if u are not friends, just pray that he gets his life together, but understand that it's not Your job anymore to "clean up the mess" so to speak.

Most of the time other people in your dreams represent different aspects of yourself. is there something going on in your life that you don't want to "listen" to? Something that you are ignoring because it's painful? this may have nothing to do with your ex. it may have to do with something that he symbolizes in your life.
