Fairy: Buy wings and a short dress in a pastel color..

If you want to be a spice girl....and have some money to spend I'd get a dress made out of a british flag like ginger or whatever had famously and a pair of those really crazy high shoes - or if not that dress than wear a babydoll type dress and put your hair in pigtails and make sure to say 'girl power' to everyone - that and the shoes will give it away.
A fairy - well any store like walmart will have cheap wings and wands so pick up a few of those get some glitter gel to put on your face, wear a flowy light blue or whitish dress and sparkly shoes. Im not sure what you mean by a fanta girl though.

for a spice girl- get an old lady wig....glassses and a cane - wear a short dress with baggy pantyhose and orthopedic shoes and you are "OLD SPICE"
