reticulocyte count, peripheral smear, CBC .... can you help me understand my results....?

Question

i always have bruises, get them out of nowhere or i get them easily. my bruises last around a week or two and sometimes i have nose bleeds. i also feel lightheaded and dizzy most days. i work 9 hours a day, night shift. this is the reason why i was tested for the ff.


my results says: smear shows predominately microcytic and slightly hyphochromic red blood cells with mild anisocytosis, white blood cells show mature forms with slight increase in monocytes. platelets are adequate. no abnormal cells seen.

Normal Results except for a slight decrease in the hemolobin and RBC level but not alarming but still can be attributed to anemia does it contributes to your lightheadedness and dizziness. But this should also be supported by physical examination to correlate with anemia.
