You wont stop loving them for awhile. and you may always love them a bit. but the only thing you can do is forget about them. And the only way to do that is to find someone else. also staying very busy. like working alot, or hanging out with friends all the time helps

I've been trying to figure that for 2 years, what I have learnt is that you never do stop loving them, you just stop being in love with them. You move on!

It is not only important to love others but to love yourself. If someone does not love you I am assuming you know this because they have done or said something/s to imply that. Love yourself enough to not be trampled or used, let go of your love for the person and let your love for yourself prevail.

You pick yourself up and dust yourself down and move on away from it, its very hard but for your own sanity you have to move on and get on with your life, you can't force someone to love you and that would be a totally pointless relationship if you were to be together on that understanding, it does get easier honest, you just have to learn to move on from it and learn to love again.

Start by loving yourself first and then eventually you will start loving people who love you.
dating as many people as you can in a month is a strange exercise that might help. also go out more and meet nice strangers..........
if it doesnt work,, imagine he or she is dressed like michael jackson in thrilleer, does work yuk
