On average it can take up to 1 yr of having unprotected sex to get pregnant. It's only month 3, I wouldn't worry. If you are deeply concerned about get an ovulation kit. This will help you pin point when the absolute best times to try are. If after a while of the ov. kit, nothing happens, see a fertility specialist. then can perforn test to further pinpoint what could be causing the delay in conception. Don't fret! It was 9 months of "trying" before I became pregnant. My son will be 2 in Dec, and my daughter will be 1 in Nov.
Pray about it, and I will also keep you in my prayers!

3 months is not all that long. Most doctors will tell you that it can take 5 or 6 months or longer. Especially if you have been on some sort a birth control. Your body needs some time to get back to normal. It took my husband and I 3 and 1/2 years to get pregnant with our first child. The doctors and insurance would not look into infertility treatment until after a year of trying. My advice would be to keep trying. If it's been longer than 6 months consult your doctor.

Are you having a lot of sex at every opportunity? If so, it won't work.
A man needs about three days to reload his semen supply so having frequent sex will not help you. Take a break.
It's a good idea to find out when you are ovulating and when the peak time is. Don't worry about hitting it exactly, just within 48 hours. Plan for a relaxing, romantic evening with nothing else on the schedule that night. Make sure you both enjoy it.

It can take a long time. Don't worry. According to the article in my source, some couples between the ages of 20 - 30 years take up to 18 months to conceive! Don't give up.
Make sure you're taking a prenatal vitamin and maybe set up a pre-pregnancy check up with your doctor. It would be a good idea and it would probably ease your worries.

it took me 10 months to get pregnant. Drs. suggest to keep trying until you've tried for one yr. then they will start testing to see if anything is wrong with you or your husband. It just takes time. My husband and I had sex every day before, during, and after ovulation (b/c we weren't sure when i ovulated). Now i'm 3 months pregnant. I also had longer cycles than just 28 days. My dr. said if you have longer cycles then you ovulate later than your 14th day. Anytime you ovulate past the 14th day it strongly decreases the chances of pregnancy. So make sure your keeping up with your cycles.

stop trying, me and my partner have been trying 4 3 months and i still hadnt falling pregnant. then someone said that if you dont think about it and you just have fun in the bedroom then it will happen. my mum told me that if you count 14 days from the 1st day of your period then thats when you ovelate. calculate the days and the 14th day is when you ans your husband should have a bit of fun. good luck.

You need to know your cycle and your body better. Have sex alease twice a week. Try not to be stress and not worring yourself about getting pregnant and go on a healthy diet if that is the case. And keep trying.

Three months is a fairly short time. If, after a year or so, you still haven't hit, go see a specialist. Until then, pay attention to the calendar.

Possibly nothing. It can easily take a healthy, fertile couple a year to conceive.
To maximize your chances, I highly recommend "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler. You'll learn how to chart your cycles to know when you're fertile each month.

You have to make sure that you are having sex during ovulation time and that is after you have your period. After you have your period, within those 14 days you should have sex and I guarantee you that you will get pregnant.
I speak from experience... I am 33 weeks pregnant from doing it that way... (Good Luck)!!!!!
