dreams are sections of your imagination and slots from your memory from the previous days all jumbled up to entertain you while you sleep and confuse you in the morning :)

The answer to your question is yes although not in the way that you would think. For instance if you dream you won the lottery it would not exactly come true. However dejavu is a form of dreams coming true. You know when you get that feeling that you have done something before and you are doing it for the first time. Also if you work hard enough you can make almost any dream come true.

If you want it bad enough they can come true. The meaning of dreaming is thinking and accomplishing the most important things in life that matter to you.

Some people have the gift of precognition...where they see things that will happen before they happen and sometimes that comes to them in dreams.
Dreams are generally you, unconsciously processing your life, and you usually dream about people/places/things that were heavy on your mind when you went to bed.
Keep a journal by your bed and write down your dreams, then check it out for patterns to see what's really bothering you.

dreams is the fantasy that we would like to live in but its not quite true becoz reality kicks in when you wake up. But some dreams do come true but they won't seem as real as you re-live at times we forget what we dreamt so how do we know whether they have come true or not?

Ech, hope not. I recently had a dream about a large piece of my tooth being smashed out.
So, to answer:
1. I'm sure they do considering the population and life span etc.
2. For your brain to process excess information into random images.

i think the dreams that you forget when you wake up come true but you will only remember after they've happened ... deja vu. which is a bummer...it would be nice if you could remember them BEFORE they happened...i reckon everyone can predict the future on some level but our brains are too damn lazy

it depends. If you dream something that is understandable maybe it can come true, but if you start to dream some monsters or else it certanly can't be someday true
