The first thing is a nice smile - teeth are very important here.
The second thing is deportment - how she carries herself.
Third is shape - nice boobs - not too big, slim waist and legs.
Those are the physical things - things I am able to LOOK for. But it's what's inside that matters - personality, a nice voice, attitude.
