I mean... what do you expect them to do... talk about the issues... hahaha... have you seen what they are doing? I wouldn't want to talk about that...
so, they resort to attacks and hope people aren't paying attention to what the party is doing...
pretty basic stratagy.... if you can't win the game on the issues, then don't talk about the issues...

This is a joke, right?
Nobody who is intellectually honest could possibly lay claim that Democrats are generally more civil than Republicans----NObody.
The reason Republicans are generally more civil, is that they typically base their argument of facts rather than emotion as Democrats routinely do. When you argue about an emotion and a feeling you are more passionate than arguing cold, hard facts.
Because they can not win many arguments when those pesky facts are thrown in, Democrats usually revert to personal insults.
I am going to stop here for fear of not taking my own advice.
