Vitamin E oil works nicely and Cocoa butter will help. Its good to clean your skin well...several times a day. Its also important to remember that most good cleanings remove all the oil...and that your skin needs oil. So make sure that you moisturize with a non greasy moisturizer as well as cleaning well.

My acne scars are actually fading, i'm using oil of olay cleansing cloths and i've learned to never sleep with makeup on. I've heard mederma works too and try to stay out of the sun. Seriously go to the drug store and look at the olay products, they worked for me!

Retin-A will make your skin peel, hence new and rejuventated skin and no scars. It takes a while and you have to put up with the flaky skin, so make sure you moisturize. Have your doctor prescribe it for you.

Bio Oil is great, costs about a tenner from the chemist - makes a big difference...

Good luck!

Try dry skin brushing.
And drink lots of water.
I never had severe skin problems, but it sure has cleared up what I did have.
Here's a link on dry skin brushing;
