I agree that it depends on what you want to do. But it's my perception that a technical school is a more direct route to skills that have to do with a REAL career and REAL work, whereas a community college seems more geared at preparing you for a larger university. You know, the education could be more nebulous and less useful on the job market.

That is up to you...Technical school classes and degree tend to be more intensive so probably they are gonna ask you to attend at leas part time (depend on the program some ask you for full time) they are also are a little bit more expensive. But usually you get your degree faster and help with, job placement. In the other end community college classes are less faster and might take you longer to get your degree however they are the tuition is shipper...Good Luck!!!

Yes you should go back and finish school and get a skill in something because of the way the workforce is changing too many people are getting degrees in areas they can't even get a job in. Health care is blowing up so you may want to consider a career in massage therapy, medical assistant training or being a nurse since few 30 somethings are willing to sacrifice 5 years for medical school they usually encourage you to go to med school in your 20s. Make sure the programs you're considering is one that's state certified and accredited. I'm 31 and I got both my associate's and bachelor's before I turned 30.

That depends on what you want to do or what the degree will accomplish for you. Education is always a good thing, and if it will advance you in your current career or help you get a better career and you are able to do it then I would say go for it.
