I've been thinking about this. I'm not sure there's anything in the world without any disadvantages. What do you think?

Every action (or inaction) has the disadvantage that it could divert you from something else that might be cooler. So actions no.

Same for thoughts, which might distract you from more interesting thoughts. So thoughts no.

Any object has the disadvantages related to its misuse, the possibility of being lost, stolen, broken. So objects no.

And you can go on. But you have to have an idea of what "things" you're talking about to start with. Good luck.

it's all in the mind of the beholder. anything and everything *could* be seen as having a disadvantage. or if looked at from a different perspective that perceived disadvantage could be opening up another door, creating another advantage.

life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react.

Everything has two sides: good and bad. I challenge anyone to give me something that doesn't have a disadvantage. :-)

Heaven.

even death woudn't fit into the 'disadvantage' category if heaven were the end result.

there is nothing. although perfection has no disadvantages, it is unattainable so it doesn't matter.
