Buy a house and fix it up. Buy my car off of my dad. Put aside some to live on for a year or two. Invest the rest carefully so I'd have more than enough to live off of for the rest of my life, which would include allowing me to see the world and buy more houses and do things for my family and friends and the world. That's the plan.

hmm, with one million dollars, i'd:

1) donate around 1/10th to various charities.

2) buy a car. a nice car. maybe two. =)

3) help my mom & dad pay off this rediculous debt they've gotten themselves into by buying our new house...hah!

4) put the rest in the bank & let it gain interest.

5) i almost forgot...an iPod. hah. i might give into Apple.

6) keep living as i have been, like a normal, middle-class 16-year-old. i can worry about being rich later. my life is already rich in happiness, and we all know that money isn't happiness (but it certainly does help! lol)

Sock some away in trust funds for my kids first. Then I'd get a new car and house for me, my mom, and my sister. Real estate is cheap down here. I could get some really nice houses bought and paid for like $85,000 each and still have plenty of money to spend. Anyway, my kids would have money when they turned 21 so they could go to college and get a car or whatever else they wanted.
